It's something all os's lack today. Except Hanna Montana.
I loved Hot Dog Stand. It's one of the reasons why Windows 3.1 is one of my favorite operating systems: I have so many fond memories of what it was like computing with it. I no longer have a Windows machine and I'm convinced that all software should be free/libre, but I'll always have a soft spot for this OS.
