"In a loving and supportive gesture for Gaza and its people, and on the occasion of the first anniversary of the liberation of Damascus, the Syrian Arab Army chanted supportive slogans for Palestine and Gaza with Palestinian revolutionary chants, as heard here is the anthem "Rise up for you, oh enemy, rise up," which was broadcast by the Palestinian fedayeen radio in the early eighties."
