British Columbia’s logging agency has changed a policy that conserved remnant old-growth forest in the province’s northwest, with a government briefing note showing a plan to open those areas for harvesting has been approved.

These critical habitats are lost forever. What a bunch of slovenly, soulless pieces of shit. This is the latest of a long chain of environmental destruction... I hope they're the first to suffocate when the environment eventually collapses.

Betrayal of the voters like they did with the broken promise to pass prop rep without referendum in 2017. This is why I left the ndp.
