I very much hope so, but I don't see it happening under this administration, or any like it. Only once an administration that is determined to comprehensively purge the cancer from the establishment, and actually hold individuals to account, will anything like this happen.
Another presidency where if you commit enough crimes, some will be punished but most will not.
