Rep. Seth Moulton (D-Massachusetts) wrote in response to the report. “Mark my words: It may take some time, but Americans will be prosecuted for this, either as a war crime or outright murder.”

I very much hope so, but I don't see it happening under this administration, or any like it. Only once an administration that is determined to comprehensively purge the cancer from the establishment, and actually hold individuals to account, will anything like this happen.
