I am fairly certain this is the official music video. I remember it being on TV, and it matches the vibe of another video of theirs.

Yeah it definitely is. 8 year old me used to have MTV on all the time waiting for this song to show up so I remember it vividly
Yeah, that's why I chose the one I did. It seemed like their publisher was "Bliss Corporation," but I wasn't sure (EDIT: the more I look, the more they seem to be likely the official source - I'm not much of a YouTube user, so I'm not used to looking for the signs of such). The only original I could find from Bliss had hard-coded subs, and added sound effects which kinda ruined the song, IMHO. As such I went with the random user-posted version that looked & sounded better.
I could not find an official video for this, so this was the best alternative out of the roughly dozen or so that I tried. I can only guess the reason is that this was their very first single, and nobody expected it to become the smash hit it was. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong as I'm just a casual music enjoyer, not any kind of knowledgeable expert.
There's no rule that the video has to be "official" or even a video at all so if someone has a problem with it that's on them lol. Thanks for posting! 💚
Thanks for the informative response. I wasn't saying that because I thought it was a rule, I just thought it odd that I couldn't find one for such a massive hit. I usually try to use the official video to ensure nobody else is benefitting from the artist's work, but that's not a hard rule for me or anything.
No worries mate! I understood what you were saying, I just wanted to make it clear so there's no confusion for you or anyone else. This community is all about sharing the music we enjoy in whatever way is convenient.
