I could do that in an hour. Just remove the Wi-Fi module. Cut the wires to the USB ports if you really want to.

Honestly, just give him a regular laptop and don't tell him the Wi-Fi password.

None of these delays were necessary, they were deliberate.

MAYBE instead of Killing a Serial Killer he SHOULD have Raped a Bunch of CHILDREN! Then not Only would he get a Laptop he would EVEN get a Puppy!
