Here’s a lego pumpkin I made. Unfortunately I haven’t made it in real life yet, so just a render for now.

The model should be free on rebrickable or bricklink if you’d like to try and build it.

According to bricklink studio 2.0, yes. I think some of the big orange pieces are expensive though.
