Do they treat them poorly?
Yes, they're trained to attack humans, and they're regularly handled roughly to ensure absolute obedience. This one doesn't look like an attack dog judging by the light fur and vest, but it's hard to say for sure.
The puppy is cute, but copaganda isn't nice
