It's symbolic, as the House would have to pass it, and that would require outing the treasonous rapist lying coward as a pedophile, by releasing the Epstein files.
In another thread about this it was started that the president can actually just veto this. Which is hilarious.
Doesn't matter, anyway.
The House, however, is unlikely to bring the measure to the floor for a vote.
