It feels actively worse and like octuples your cleanup time. I always saw this trope in comedies and it never made any sense to me, and this is coming from someone without foreskin.
I always use lube. I'm not sure how people jack it without lube. There's too much friction and heat.
The trick is to NOT use a belt sander
If there's friction to that extent, you're doing it wrong.
Step 1: Grab the wang about 3/4 of the way up.
Step 2: With some pressure in your grip (but not too much, you don't want death grip syndrome), pull fingers and wang skin upwards over ridge at the base of head.
Step 3: Pull skin and fingers back down over top of ridge.
Step 4: Repeat until desired effect is achieved.
At no point should your fingers come into contact with the head or be rubbing enough to cause major friction anywhere.
Yeah I've tried that and definitely prefer the lube. Not gonna shame anyone for how they beat their meat but a vagina makes lube and I prefer to replicate that feeling for myself.
