Trump this week gave Canada the choice of spending $91B (equivalent to $910B as share of US GDP) or become 51st state, which would be only case to make Canada a legitimate target for nuclear annihilation. Canada's membership in axis of demonism doesn't pose enough of a threat on its own to not have it STFU when allies are annihilated. As a US territory (state never an option) that would contribute to US economic/tax sustainability, economic Canadian targets would become strategic diminishment of US, as NORAD bases are today.
