Although I've never tried drawing rain before, it is surprisingly easier than it looks.

Very beutiful! How long does it take you to create piece like this?
Maybe 3 days if I have a clear Idea of the mockup, if I take my time and have no specific idea while looking for references, could be a week.
Here it took me a week, even replaying the beginning of Halo 3 ODST to get the buildings advertisements right.
I'm in awe, honestly, I see you post very consistently so that's why I asked, Haha. I've never done pixel art so I'm not familiar with the amount of work it takes, (and animated? Damn!) so I commend you for your passion, I enjoy a lot what you do.
How many hours per day?
Ranging from 1-4 hours a day, it mostly depends on the level of excitement I have toward a project.
Reminds me of the games Ronin and Deadbolt, keep it up!
Consider increasing frequency to make it more visible.
