The 4 Rules of Handling Firearms:
Always assume all guns are loaded.
Never let the muzzle aim at anything you are not willing to destroy.
Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target.
Be sure of your target and what is beyond it.
If this is true and if this is voluntary I certainly want to know the return rate for individuals once this releases!
I hope firearms owners think about this real carefully, I understand that at the current moment in time 98% of semi-auto rifles are currently prohibited but this could change based on their end result!
