Morbus Kobold.

Look it up if can speak German.

"Kobold" was a Vorwerk brand vacuum cleaner, the problem was - it had a very short pipe, then the motor and the dust bag behind the motor.

Penile injuries happened so frequently that doctors started to call them "Morbus Kobold".
