🏬 Change the zoning code. Stop making multistory apartment buildings illegal

🚗 Reform minimum parking requirements. Stop requiring new buildings to include parking.

📐Reduce minimum lot sizes. Allow people to build tiny houses

📜 Streamline development review

🏗️ Remove commercial code for small buildings to reduce construction costs. Right now, a Massachusetts triplex gets treated like a Skyscraper. That means expensive sprinklers, stairwell requirements, and other expensive mandates.
