They famously took it off the air years ago because of the Michael Jackson stuff, but I don't know if that has changed.
It has not on the high seas. Also Disney shows the old 4:3 episodes in 16:9, cropping away like 30% of the image. I hate the way corpos rape art and culture.

You can get it to display them in 4:3, if you go to details (alongside the episodes and suggested tabs) and uncheck "Remastered aspect ratio"

Leon's even got his own questline in Tapped Out. Weird the episode's banned, but he's still A OK in alt media.
A shame, that episode was one of the better ones. What next, Sonic 3 being unavailable because MJ supposedly helped with the music?
No, they just wrote new tracks for the most recent re-release, Sonic Origins. Not because Jackson is controversial or anything, but because there was some kind of copyright issue.
Personally I never liked Carnival Night Zone, but the rest of the tracks were a downgrade.

Nobody is actually claiming it doesn't exist. It just isn't available for streaming because everyone involved doesn't want to stream it.
