Does Macron have a previous positive experience in leading or pushing anything?
I know his capabilities only in the context of the Russia-Ukraine war, and those capabilities were underwhelming.

Why Macron? I would say spain should lead since they did the most concrete actions

Political theatre. They don't want actions, just news bites that makes them look like they're "doing their best"
