I have no idea how it works and I studied chemical engineering. I guess I would have to study physical engineering

You can actually get pretty good efficiency with tin foil hat engineering due to the reduced cranial volume.

This thing is real, they're spreading dihydrogen monoxide vapours everywhere. Moreover every single dead person has the same thing in their body. Coincidence? I think /s
