MODERATORS
Appflowy would have been perfect, but you can’t edit databases in the web app

I think I have landed on coda, albeit I don't think its very private
Crypt.ee maybe? EDIT: sorry, not a Notion alternative as you asked
Also cannot be workflowy unfortunately, as you cannot edit databased on the web app
