- Comics should include the original attribution to the artist(s) involved, and be unmodified. Bonus points if you include a link back to their website. When in doubt, use a reverse image search to try to find the original version. Repeat offenders will have their posts removed, be temporarily banned from posting, or if all else fails, be permanently banned from posting.
- Attributions include, but are not limited to, watermarks, links, or other text or imagery that artists add to their comics to use for identification purposes. If you find a comic without any such markings, it would be a good idea to see if you can find an original version. If one cannot be found, say so and ask the community for help!

MODERATORS
I was reading it as a lesbian coming out story
Saying "it's men" implies men are at fault for her not liking men. Saying it's women would imply she is attracted to women
But “it’s men” is kind of a pun on “it’s me”, which is the original trope this is referencing. Doesn’t really work with “it’s women”.
While true, the pun still implies

And tbf, that's such a common trope of a joke I wouldn't be surprised if it was the intentional implication by the author. My question, for everyone who uses that hack joke, is "does that mean you think being gay is a choice?"
It is a good pun though, this is probably one of the better executions of that trope I've seen.
That comic sure would have benefitted from a second panel
I take it as a way to bring attention to the topic for some more nuanced discussion to flow. I don't think the artist was trying to be sexist when making this.

As long as both sexes see one another as vectors of acquisition (what do I get?!) and not people to connect with, it'll keep getting worse.
I'm of the opinion that it, like most core social constructs in modernity, have been poisoned by capitalism and the glorification of avarice that comes with it, when those infected with avarice should have their society pelting rotten produce at them. A romantic partnership is supposed to be a commune of love and cooperation, not a good girl "marrying up," not a good boy acquiring a "trophy."
As long as we keep looking at each other through the prism of material gain and ambition and greed instead of love and intimate connection, few will be happy, whether alone or in a business partnership with a spouse that's abandoned the millisecond "for worse" aka life inevitably arrives.
