I find it so surprising that around 70 percent of all human made resources such as concrete are made AFTER 1990. I mean 1990 is fairly a recent time and I don't think we have experienced much of environmental changes. Where are all they? Do they mostly come from developing countries?

This is a stunning experience, and teaches you something at the same time.
Works perfectly fine on mobile, too!
Stunning. This is worth sharing. I looked at some of the sources and the data seems legit. I'd be curious to see any criticisms or challenges as these sorts of estimates are very difficult to make. As far as I can tell it represents the best of our current knowledge though. I was completely floored by the mass of wild animals compared to humans and the amount of livestock. We really need to calm the fuck down!
Guessing glass in included in the aggregates cube? Windows, windshields, skylights, sunroofs, solar panels, aquarium tanks, zoo enclosures etc
i love a good infographic. it’s like we know this but to see this - wow. rather scary.
