I'm also pretty sure I recognise Jinx but I'm 50/50 on that since I don't recognise the person besides them maybe because I haven't watched much of the new season due to some weird burnout with Arcane

Personally RWBY isn't for me because of the animation errors and bad writing
I love wholesome yuri but because of that I can't get into RWBY
Rooster Teeth needed more quality control and needed way more experience in writing before making shows
I'm reminded of their DC collaboration which I watched clips of and yeah that was bad
I quit RWBY after the Fall Maiden arc with all that build up the entire season with Pyra only to have.....that happen.
Kinda felt like a fuck you honestly and I lost all interest. Made me wish Monty was alive and in control

The second couple in the top left corner are Anthy and Utena from Revolutionary Girl Utena. The pink and purple haired couple in the kimonos on the right side of the ice rink are, I'm pretty sure, Yae Miko and Raiden Ei from Genshin Impact.
