We are a Pro-Conservative forum. Posts must have a clear pro-conservative, or anti left-wing bias. We are interested in promoting conservatism and discussing things that might get ignored elsewhere. All sources are acceptable, however reputable sources with a reputation for factual reporting are preferred.
Dissent is allowed in the comments, but try to be constructive; if you do not agree, then provide a reason which is backed up by references or a reasonable alternative interpretation of the provided facts. That means the left wing is welcome to state their opinions, but please keep it in good faith.
A polite request, not a rule, if you feel the need to report a comment, please don't reply to it.

Wow, RIP that community then. Anybody know of a good alternative? I run rightwingvideos@thelemmy.club but the purpose of that community is strictly videos. In many cases when I see censorship in communities I make communities, but I generally don't like making ideologically tilted communities unless the content I would post literally wouldn't fit anywhere else (I did make opeds@thelemmy.club for heavily biased or opinion articles, but they can be either left leaning or right leaning).

I'm not a conservative but I would love to see people with opinions other than comically far left have somewhere to call home.
I joined world because I didn't really know what Lemmy was and I was just "trying it out" after I got banned from all of reddit across all my accounts (they never told me why and instantly denied my appeal).
If a more open minded instance pops up or you create it let me know.
