traditional egg salad for husband's work lunches has been made

i'm snacking on a few dried apricots, that's gotta be better than bikkies, right?

dinner will be just a shake and thai chicken skewer, no sauce

Spicy noodle soup.

Going to start prep for Thanksgiving on Thursday, so a lot of roasted onions, carrots & chicken bones for hearty stock today so I'll skim some off & polish it up tonight with some ginger, garlic & rice noodles.
