Someone joined our Discord to post that @vidzy@fosstodon.org was a better alternative to Loops.

It's not a competition on the fediverse, because no matter where you are, everyone wins.

I love supporting fellow #fediverse projects, and look forward to working with the Vidzy team on federation and potentially a universal API so clients will be interoperable with both Loops and Vidzy.

You should follow them, they need more visibility ❤️

@vidzy@fosstodon.org TBH, it would be magical if Vidzy and Loops joined forces as they seem to have backend skills and I have frontend/app skills.

I respect their decision either way, and if we can't work together, I will still pursue API compatibility so Vidzy users can use the Loops app!

That would be ideal for everyone, eh?

@dansup @vidzy There's also @raels a TikTok-like federated social. Compatibility between them would be great!
