Definitely want to give it a good shake before going back to upside down time.
You can shake and you can dance, but the last two drops end up on your ... face.
Shake it once, that's fine. Shake it twice, that's OK. Shake it three times? You're playing with yourself.

Little bit of a tip for whoever needs to hear it, I didn't know till I was 27, press your balls back, which in turn presses on your Gooch, which presses on your bladder which will push that last bit out, I haven't had leakage ever since I started doing this
