I had a similar issue, set a filter to forward all emails to their Sales addy.

It’s awful and annoying — not to mention often illegal depending on where you are — but it does happen and not just with Samsung. Recommend not spending more energy on this and just filter with emails

Yup, this is what they do. Even if it does work, it doesn't matter, because they'll just create a new subscription category and opt you back in. It's illegal, but laws without enforcement are just ink and paper.
