I want to transfer some of my Pokémon from SoulSilver to Platinum once I’m finished with the game.

I’m afraid there’s no way to do this without a second Nintendo DS or an external tool like a save editor (PKHex, for example) :(

That’s relatively easy to solve

(or I can just back up the saves and do it via MelonDS NiFi emulation)
