The author and all the middlemen are at fault. Goa is GOAT, he was actually hurt by what abiko-sensei said, with all the work he seems to have put in.
I wonder who will save the day if anyone will.
Aqua ? To get closer to Lala Lai ?

The music at the end was hype for some reason.
Liked the gradients on the hair of Akane and the girl next to her.

The use of the ED at the end was great. Very similar to how they used the ED last season with the instrumental beginning of the song as an outro to the action in the episode.

i dont think mangaka is at the fault, it was the middlemen in between the mangaka and the script writer. they should have let those two contact directly but that didnt happen since the reason the middlemen were was to make sure the script follows their own set of constraints. and seems like that kinda failed horribly because the mangaka wasnt pleased and scriptwriter had to take blame for that.

More than week late answer but, I agree that the fault fell upon the middle for how the script turned out.
The only problem I had with the mangaka was how she railed on the scriptwriter without even talking to him directly. But I can somewhat understand where she comes from if she thought all her feedback had actually reached the scriptwriter.
