Unless Dougie wants his kneecaps broken/thumbs cut off it ain't happening. He has a debt to pay to a family that's building across the street of the OSC.
If that's what it takes, maybe the public needs a kneecapping department for government accountability.
I'd volunteer for this department any day of the week.
How about we just around kneecapping billionaires, instead?
