Reminds me of me. My back hurts in the mornings and i have to hold the top of the curtain rod for a bit until the muscle relaxes some.

Injury from long ago. I guess this is me for life.

As a fellow guy with back pain. A good stretch is holding onto the top of something like a short wall or a door something that won't break. And lean back like ass out and that will stretch everything from under your shoulder blades down it's really nice

Yoga with Adrienne has a really great 10 min upper back stretch video that does wonders for me

Thanks. Mine is near the sacrium(sp?). But sometimes i get that punched between the shoulderblades feeling. Will bookmark and look at this.
