It’s kinda amazing this game even did so well. Kernel level anti cheat. Broken as fuck at launch. Just stuck in menus for hours. Arrowhead honestly lucked out they even got this much popularity.
Helps that the game is fun, and after the launch issues. Very stable for the most part.
It's amazing how so many players are fine with rootkits masquerading as "anti-cheat protection" 🤷♂️
I wasn’t even aware until after I had installed it tbh. My own fault of course but I had already tried out valorant so..
The game did the most basic thing and they nailed it; it's fun. The rest is noise.
I played his game for two hours but it seemed like progression system is so barebone that playing is pointless and also high level people were just using airstrikes and killing everything before you even shoot
