A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

A lot of people call their cat "cat".
I'm confident that many more use a name.
Yeah, but each of them uses a different name. If you counted the frequency of the names, you might find out that Dog and Cat are among the common ones.
And just as dull/dumb as moon.
