Man City don’t just come out of the woodwork like Chelsea, they are annoyingly methodical.
For the people freaking out on the Reddit sun, this is normal because West ham are not going to get a straight 100m without other bidders and Arsenal know it, which is why every time a price is quoted you have another “interested” team.
First it was Chelsea, than Bayern, and now Man City ( who famously do not overpay)
