Cartoon abuse had always been funny. All the way back to loony toons. Abuse IRL has been unacceptable for the past few decades.
Read the update. Looks like an ex was trying to get him cancelled. But I guess a lot of other shit came out.

Just so we're clear that this isn't a "petty jealous ex" kind of situation.
I think in addition this, he was basically a shithead to every one he worked with, so everybody probably was excited for an excuse to fire him. Deserved or not.
