Idk, where I live in the US people will put hotdogs in literally anything without hesitation.
We had leftover bacon-wrapped baby sausages dipped in bbq from christmas dinner. I totally chopped some of them up and threw them in a pot of walmart brand mac and cheese. With some leftover charcuterie cheese. Even poored some extra sausage juice in there, with some hungarian paprika. Gourmet shit
With nori though? Come on!
