@w0odl This is an interesting development. Will have to read through the petition. In the meantime, it's a reminder that perhaps our HF #hamradio bands aren't as secure as we might thinnk.

not in the least... these encrypted transmissions only benefit the traders. making more wealth for the wealthy.
