Your brain on Cyrillic: spending five seconds reading PEBKAC as /revkas/, and then wondering what the fuck it means. (It's an acronym - "Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair", i.e. "the user is the problem".)
I think that Cory Doctorow addresses this better: "They had a collective action problem. Each of them could figure out what worked best for them, but getting together to decide what was best for all of them was literally impossible."
