Second most anticipated game of all time (half life 3 still not confirmed).
Edit: for clarity, if Steam announced that they were going to announce Half Life 3 tomorrow, the news it'd generate would completely drown out any and all noise relating to the GTAVI release announcement.
GTA is more popular than HL by orders of magnitude. HL is popular, but HL3 has more meme power than anything. I don't think many console-only players care too much about Valve titles.
...Or maybe your comment is also part of the meme and went over my head.
Edit: But personally I also look forward to HL3 more... If it ever materialises :(
I would trade HL3 for no new GTA game ever again and I loved GTA V
