Most of our next door neighbors have moved out because the landlord is converting the place back to a single-family rental instead of a rotating set of (allegedly) college students. The one tenant remaining has been celebrating having the whole house to himself with loud music/lots of bass and late-night parties.

It's going to be a long month until he's gone -- if even then, because getting people out of your house is not a trivial thing to do if they don't leave on their own.
