MODERATORS
It is just because it is currently technically impossibile to make it fires the "right" people. So the human will fire the wrong people as liability for human shooting civilians doesn't exist. It is anyway dystopian. As said it is an alpha version of the distopia.
I really don't get why it is so hard to understand ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
