This is what confused me when reading your previous post. What are the internal mechanism which makes this possible in Azerbaijan?
Reminds me of MbS. I would guess the combination of being charismatic, corrupt and a western puppet makes you inclined to go to war with your local Muslim conservatives, maybe it is the 'culture war to distract from the class war' strategy?
