watched the new ben affleck movie "Animals" and i cringed so hard. they had Luis Gerardo Mendes act as an indocumented migrant meanwhile in Mexico he only gets whitexican roles for obvious reasons.
It was not long ago when Irish and Italians were not considered white as well. But it's interesting to see all people who consider themselves white in South America become "latinos" as soon as they step in global north countries.
