I mean, a lot of search engines are bing front ends. Ecosia, duckduckgo, and yahoo all come to mind that are just bing.

Ecosia is a little more complicated, as they're co-owning an European focused search index with Qwant.

I can't remember exact numbers, but the majority of searches in Ecosia/Qwant is not forwarded to Bing anymore
