HOAs are bulllshit. It’s my fuckin house. If I want to ignore the fuckin lawn, that’s my perogative.

Most HOAs have a contract with a lawn care/snow removal service.

Every one I've seen has this because they're too busy doing "gods work" to be bothered with basic maintenance of the property.
