Every time I comment from web, voyager or blorp I get this error: Your reply was not accepted because 'NoneType' object is not subscriptable
Is it something on my end or, is it just because my account is less than a day old? I'm assuming I won't be able to comment responses to this. So as an experiment I've tried to comment several times, a response on lemmy.world, a response on slrpnk.net, lemmy.today, and I just tried a response to a post in this very community and, same error.
Edit, cool I can MAKE a post. I just can't comment on anything. To be clear this is on desktop, mobile web browser (firefox AND chrome), voyager app for android as well as blorp app for android. Although, blorp doesn't give me an error. It acts like it worked but when I go to look, there's no comment there.
Double Edit: @wjs018@piefed.wjs018.xyz and @rimu@piefed.social thank you! I thought I had messed something up or there was some secret "your account is too new" thing going on that I hadn't heard about. I appreciate your responses! I'm not new to the fediverse just to piefed. I just love how quick most instances are to fix and sort things. Thank you again for your hard work!
Lmao I really thought so for a minute. I made the account last night, subbed to a bunch of stuff, went to comment, error, said it was probably a fluke and went to bed.
Checked this morning, hmmm odd. Checked before I posted this, then tried some things, then actually went back to my email to make sure there's wasn't some "you can't make interactions for 48 hours" or something clause I missed.
That's when I made the post lol.
