In trafikksikkerhetshåndboken, chapter 8 section 1. Also, using "s" as a binder between two nouns is grammatically allowed for any nouns.

No such word. I've never heard of it; it's not in our dictionary.

Yes it is, it's in the Norwegian Academy dictionary
