This is the American empire softening up Cuba for an invasion. Since they've managed to kick all foreign investment out of Cuba, Trump and his cronies have been busy divvying up Cuba's resources for the billionaires to suck the remaining wealth from Cuba.

The Cuban people will suffer from an American occupation even more than they've suffered from decades of American sanctions.
