I assume she won't give him any punishment... If vehicular homicide is 120h community service, and the chair this guy threw didn't even hit anything, I mean.

She will give him 10 years for attempted murder on public official.

You're probably right. I don't think it's a matter of a judge punishing him just like that. He will probably have a trial and some other judge with sentence him.
