What are you guys running for this? I was looking around online and on the other site but everything seems either very new with few people saying anything or it’s a completely vibe coded project, or just dead. Some people are just recommending to instead do it on-device but where’s the fun in that if you have a server ;)

Cheers for any responses.

Have you tried suwayomi? Its a desktop version of tachiyomi and uses tbe same plugins.ive found it very solid and has been around for a long time.

Actually, I have. It would work for a little bit then just never update chapters.

Rensaio used to run a Suwayomi server in the background but the v2 got rid of it. Now it runs Mihon extensions via its own implementation.

Sounds like you missed the library update settings that disable updating manga if there are existing unread chapters, or that you haven't started it.

I made sure to have it set to download new chapters regardless.

Admittedly I didn't try that hard to get things running smoothly since the whole web ui was sluggish for me. I just ponied up for more RAM though so that might help if I decide to give it another go.
